JEFFREY WILSON
VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Wilson combines experience as a
construction manager and information system designer to specialize
in technical planning and management of capital programs, particularly
those involving urban development, multi-project public/private
coordination, comprehensive regulatory reporting and executive decision
support. Mr. Wilson manages BG staff dedicated to system
analysis and application design and implementation, often
to enable in-house data management by multiple managers at Owner or
Grantee sites, including Developer Teams, Housing Authority
Modernization Teams, School Construction program managers, City, State,
or Federal government clients, non-profits and community supportive
service providers. System implementations include the U.S.
Dept. of HUD’s national HOPEVI program, the State of New Jersey’s $8.6B
statewide school construction program, Nashville/Davidson County’s
School Bond Funded Construction program, and services for several Chicago-based
HOPEVI development teams and non-profits.

Besides interests in many
kinds of construction and computing, Mr. Wilson is
an avid motorcyclist, novice Atlantic-coast surfer, chess player, and former schoolteacher,

at Benteen Elementary School in Atlanta.
